                                    Daffodils                                      Yellow like a star.
Orange like the sun set.
Green like a frog .
They stand up straight like a giraffe .
Daffodils tell us that it is spring.

Why is important to wear a helmet?

A helmet for a person on a bike is very important .You should always wear a helmet because you can fall off and you can crack your head open if you don't wear a helmet. You can get a fine for not wearing a helmet from the policeman. You should always wear a helmet because it protects your head

Doug

My fluffy cuddly  dogs name  is Doug, he is cute. He 's like a cat because he scratches on the door  for food .  He went to the Post Office with no lead on  and sat out side when dad was inside . When I sat on the steps he sat next to me.

My holiday in Welington

Once upon a time a girl named Alice and a boy named Hudson and their Mum and Dad went to the Beehive for their Grandads last speech.

After school we got packed. When dad got home we went to get our fish and chips and ate in the car.  When we got to Christchurch it was bed time.  The next day we went to the airport.  While we were waiting we got a photo with our tickets.  When we were on the plane the sun was bright.  I liked when we landed!  Then we had to wait for the rental car and went to meet our cousins Abby and Becky but Judah and Ari were to small to go.  When we met we went to a cafe.  I got a burger and Hudson got a burger too.

After that we went to Grandads office in the Beehive.  Hudson and I got changed for Grandads last speech.  After we got changed we went to see where we were going to sit.  Next we went to John Key's house for a snack.  We were too tired to get a photo with John Key.  Then we went to have tea at our friends house.

The next day we made breakfast and headed off to our cousins Abby, Becky, Judah and Ari's house.  It took a while but finally we got there.  First we went on the trampoline then it was Abby and Becky's mums birthday tea.  Then it was bedtime.

The next day we watched TV.  It was a shame because Abby and Becky had school so we played alone.  Finally it was time to pick them up.  On the way home we go an ice-cream.

Finally it was the morning and we were leaving that day.  We left to go to Wellington then we dropped off the rental car and went on a plane to Christchurch.  On the plane it was bouncy and we were laughing our head off but Mum and Dad only laughed when we landed in Christchurch.  It was hot when we arrived.  Our friends picked us up and we went to bed.

The next day we went to the Botanical Gardens.  After tea we went to bed.  Finally it was morning and we had breakfast and drove home.  I had a fantastic time and I would love to visit again!

Space Dome

How lucky my class was on Thursday!
We got to go to the space dome.
When  we got there he told  us his name Richard and the rules. I learnt the sun is the biggest star and we also learnt a baby star is blue and the teenager star is white the adult star is orange. The old star is red .
We learnt that earth is  the best place to live. At the start we saw humungous astronaut. I enjoyed it very much. Richard  told us the first man on the moon was Neil Armstrong.
